These terms apply to the Snooze Clothing Company waitlist at this website. By joining the waitlist and accepting these terms, you agree to the following.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in our super stretch chinos. It is not an order, a reservation, or a contract of sale, and it does not guarantee that any product, size, colour, or price will be available to you. We may change, delay, or cancel the launch at any time.

2. The information you give us

We ask for details such as your email, phone number, size, fit, colour preferences, and price expectation. We use this to plan production and to contact you about the launch and offers. Please give accurate information; you can ask us to update or remove it at any time.

3. Emails and messages

By joining, you consent to receive emails, and where you provide a number, text messages, about the launch, early access, and promotions. You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

4. Pricing and availability

Any prices, discounts, early bird offers, colours, and sizes mentioned are indicative and may change before launch. Early access and launch pricing are offered at our discretion and may be limited in quantity or time.

5. Your data and privacy

Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare (our database and hosting provider) and email is sent through Resend. They are used only to run the waitlist and contact you.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing us (below).

6. Eligibility

The waitlist and any launch are intended for customers in Canada. You should be the age of majority in your province or territory to join.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
